What information is being collected?
We do not subscribe to Weebly or Google analytics to find out information about those who have viewed our website. We can only view number of views, number of unique views etc. We cannot see I.P. addresses.

The data controller is the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lancaster.

So we can reply to your message.

How will it be used?
The information will only be used to deal with your query/message. You will not be added to any general contact lists or membership lists. Your personal information will not be shared outside of the parish without your permission.
We will delete your message from our email archive if you so request.

Your message and any personal information you give us in the message will be primarily used by the Parochial Administrator, but may be directed to the appropriate person in the parish who can deal with your message and respond on behalf of the parish. Please note that this individual may have a personal email account which is not in our control.
We do not share your personal data with outside agencies or other people without your permission.

​Yes, if you attend the Parish of St John XXIII, please note that we have CCTV for the security and safety of parishioners, visitors, staff and property. Images are recorded onto a hard drive.
